We have the pleasure to assist one of our long-time partners, a very modern and open-minded PFS, in its search of a (Senior) Accountant.

This ambitious PFS is recruiting in the context of its natural growth as they simply want to ensure a comfortable workload for everyone in the team. This team of 15 people is composed of accountants, corporate officers and tax advisors who all closely work together and find it important to share their skills with one another. Furthermore, the limited staff turn-over is proof of this healthy environment: Each team member is valued for his/her own individuality and everyone feels listened to. The upper management is also quite stable as numerous of them have worked in the structure for many years, so you will never have the disadvantage of your manager resigning or having to take on a heavy workload.

This has also created a very good atmosphere internally as the team members take the time to get to know each other, to support one another on a daily basis but also to have lunch together or discuss during a coffee for example.

Of course, the objective of this PSF is still to propose a complete service to the clients and continue to, organically, grow the portfolio. This client base is primarily composed of financial companies such as SOPARFI, Holdings, SPVs as well as Funds. It is also on these types of clients that you will evolve and follow trainings to ensure your growing expertise. <br><br>

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Comptable

• You are in charge of the daily accounting and the preparation of tax and VAT returns, including the calculation of tax provisions.
• You also take on the establishment of annual accounts in close collaboration with your Senior colleagues/manager.
• You are also in charge of BCL and CSSF reportings, again while being fully supported by your manager.
• Your portfolio will be composed of alternative investment funds and SPV. <br><br>

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Comptable

• You have a good level of English as this is the the primary language spoken between colleagues and especially with clients.
• You have acquired between 4 and 7 years of experience as an accountant in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg and have, during this time, handled a portfolio of financial clients.
• You value teamwork on one hand, but also to be able to learn on a daily basis and be supported continuously in your technical growth.
• You are interested to join a young team where the average age is around 30/35 years old, meaning that you are surrounded by people from a similar generation but who are already highly skilled in accounting. <br><br>

• Great location as the PFS is centrally located in Luxembourg with all needed infrastructure around: this includes tram and bus stops, shops, restaurants and so on so you can enjoy a very dynamic area of Luxembourg.
•  Furthermore, after an integration period, you can also work from home 34 days per year.
• The very open and dynamic company culture makes it easy to adapt to this new and welcoming team, and is also the reason why the staff turn-over is practically inexistant.
• Your salary can reach 80.000€ per year which will be reevaluated as you acquire new skills, and to which you can also add an annual bonus of more than 1 month of salary. <br><br>
