Your Job in a Nutshell

As part of the strengthening of the European AML/CFT framework, you will join the EU Parent Undertaking AML team and contribute to the oversight and monitoring of the AML/CFT framework through data analysis, key indicator monitoring and risk assessment. You will play a key role in consolidating reliable information to provide a consistent and comprehensive view of AML/CFT risks across the different European entities.

What you can expect

In a pleasant and dynamic environment, you will join our specialized team and, among other responsibilities, be in charge of the following:

• Collect and consolidate AML/CFT data and indicators from the different European subsidiaries;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor AML/CFT performance and key risks;
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the Group-Wide ML/TF Risk Assessment, ensuring the consistency and quality of data received from the entities;
• Identify trends, emerging risks, control weaknesses or data quality issues and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders;
• Prepare regular reporting covering areas such as KYC, high-risk customers, PEPs, sanctions, transaction monitoring and remediation actions;
• Ensure consistency of reporting methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of AML/CFT data quality;
• Prepare information and supporting evidence required for AMLA requests, regulatory inspections and supervisory reviews;
• Contribute to the automation of reporting activities and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes and indicators;
• Support the implementation of new AML/CFT regulatory requirements.

What we expect

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management, Compliance or a related field;
• 5 to 8 years of experience in AML/CFT, ideally within the financial services or insurance sector;
• Experience in regulatory reporting and in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment;
• Good knowledge of the European AML/CFT regulatory framework, including the EU AML Package, AMLA and FATF Recommendations;
• Excellent command of Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL is considered an asset;
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to analyze and summarize large volumes of data;
• Accuracy, organizational skills, autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Very good command of both French and English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an asset.
