We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (Goodyear Production System) who will drive operational excellence by implementing and developing lean manufacturing principles across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management within a production or industrial environment. The recruitment process focuses on assessing technical CI/Lean expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
