The Senior Specialist Mold Demand & Supply Planning at Goodyear is responsible for planning mold requirements across EMEA, managing mold orders, and controlling mold-related capex. This role involves coordinating with business units, procurement, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of molds aligned with project timelines and market demand. The specialist will also build and maintain robust process documentation and reporting systems to support efficient mold sourcing and utilization. Strong project management, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of new product development processes are essential for success in this position.
