Junior Demand Planner (m/f)

Mission:

Support the implementation of standardized forecasting approaches, using Machine Learning models as a baseline
Collaborate with Revenue Management and commercial teams to align demand forecasts with market assumptions
Assist in monthly demand planning cycles, helping to develop a 18–24 month outlook
Participate in forecast accuracy tracking and root cause investigations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning tools and processes
Learn and apply tools such as Excel, Power BI, and forecasting systems
Gain exposure to strategic alignment between demand planning, customer insights, and business strategy

Profile:

A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field
First professional experience through internships or early-
career roles
Strong interest in forecasting, Machine Learning, and data-
driven business planning
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong
attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI,
Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Experience with Python is an advantage
Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, cross-functional environment
